It is a universal, legislative requirement that you provide your employees with Health and Safety training. Choose Safety's fully qualified trainers all share a commitment to making training interesting and meaningful to the trainees as well as relevant to the specifics of your workplace or industry. This is achieved through minimising the “theory” and maximising the “practical” component of the training where possible.

Training is essential for helping workers to understand hazards in the workplace and the correct way to deal with them. Initial training is necessary for all new personnel, and ongoing or refresher training is essential for existing employees or employees transferring from one role or location to another.

Choose Safety provides a variety of different workplace training, from one-hour refresher sessions on specific Health and Safety topics, induction packages for employees and contractors, through to full day training sessions covering a range of different management system topics.

Choose Safety also conducts accredited Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor training to the requirements of ISO19011, through our arrangements with national training providers. Auditor training also covers Quality, Safety and Environmental management system standards.
